The 10 Levels of Healing ~Finding Inner Peace~Healing is a gradual process as one learns to be gentle with oneself, expanding their inner knowledge of self love, and learning to release old fears and hurts that hold them in the shadows of their past.
It is a process that brings about changes on many, many levels in one's spirit, body, mind, emotions, relationships with other people, relationships with nature and the environment, and most of all, relationship with oneself.
Healing is not always about finding the cure for symptoms or a disease.
Some times it is the process that helps one grow into the stronger, more beautifully resilient person they are to become and helps them to understand how to live with the hurts, problems, troubles, or issues that happen in life while learning to keep their focus on positive thoughts that lead to a better, happier life. Remember, what you focus your thoughts on, be it positive or negative, is what you pull into the environment of your world.
Needing to heal does not mean the end of happiness. It is the beginning of finding your way there! Seeking serenity opens the door to happiness.
The Ten Levels:
1) Awareness: Identifying with victim behavior. 2) Commitment to change old patterns and begin to practice healing tools. 3) Step by step, you begin to see results of using the tools. 4) You are now processing and integrating new insights while releasing old patterns. 5) The determination becomes stronger to create more balance in your life. 6) Increased awareness of your ability to manifest the life you deserve. 7) Self-worth expands and grows significantly. 8) You have stopped creating dramas and have drawn in mentors. 9) Confidence in handling life's lessons. 10) Experience more pleasure, happiness delight, clarity, and peace in your daily life now.
**The 10 Levels of Healing are adapted from "A Victim No More," by Lori Rekowski. (Although I have not read this book - the levels of healing are fairie worthy, so check it out.) With Love and Light, Sam
